1.1 By accessing or using the public Avalon Crew Portal (ACP) you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you may not access or use the Portal.

The Portal is intended for use by crew members only, and access to the Portal is granted at the sole discretion of the administrators.

You agree to use the Portal only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Portal.

You agree to comply with any additional guidelines or rules provided on the Portal.

1.2 Unification Promotion

  1. The Portal is intended to promote unification among crew members.
  2. You agree to use the Portal in a way that promotes unification and cooperation among crew members.
  3. You agree to respect the opinions and beliefs of others and to engage in constructive dialogue and problem-solving.

The ACP is a platform that promotes unification and provides a space for individuals and groups to share information and ideas, collaborate, and engage in constructive public discussions.

  1. User & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the ACP in a manner that is consistent with its purpose and objectives.

3.1 The following conduct is prohibited on the Portal:

  1. Harassment, bullying, or discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or any other characteristic protected by law.
  2. Posting or sharing content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise offensive.
  3. Sharing confidential or sensitive information without proper authorization.
  4. Engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  5. Impersonating another user or misrepresenting your identity in any way.

3.2 The administrators reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and Conditions, and to take any other appropriate action, including suspending or terminating your access to the Portal.

However, by posting or sharing content on the ACP, you grant the ACP a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the operation and promotion of the ACP.

4.2 All content on the Portal, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not use any content on the Portal for commercial purposes without the express written consent of the owners.

You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any content on the Portal without the express written consent of the owners.

The Portal collects and uses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the ACP, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
