A New Chapter in Recognition.

Since 2024, Avalon Europe has taken a fresh, thoughtful approach to milestone celebrations.
Gone are the standard gifts of the past – replaced by a gesture that is both practical and personal: access to the Reward Shop.

Now, when a crew member celebrates their 5-, 10-, 15-, or 20-year anniversary, they are invited to choose their own gift from a carefully curated catalogue of rewards. Whether it’s something useful, something symbolic or something they’ve always wanted – this moment is theirs to define.

Because loyalty should never feel like routine. It should feel like joy.

Quiet Moments or Proud Applause.

Across our fleet, these milestones are celebrated in beautifully different ways.

Sometimes, the recognition is shared in an intimate moment – Hotel Manager or Captain and Heads of Departments gathered in the crew area, saying “thank you” in the way that matters most: sincerely and personally.

Other times, the celebration is shared in full view of our guests – applause echoing through the lounge, as the entire crew joins in to honour one of their own. These are not only unforgettable moments for the team – they are stories that our guests carry with them, too.
