“In my opinion working with Avalon is like being part of a family. I came on board all the way back in August 2010 and my first Maitre’d was Mr. Gabriel Antoni-Baca (current Director of operations). He was the only who  made me stronger on the daily basis, providing all the support and help I needed. He taught me never to give up.

And until this very day I love Avalon and will not change it for any other job. Thanks to stability Avalon has given me, I have a wife, kids and a life I want. That’s all :)”

*Noviadi is not only an exemplary Crew Member, but an extraordinary human being who brings laughter and ease wherever he goes. He could have easily become a Chef de Bar or Maitre’d a while ago, yet it is the job of a legendary Waiter that he enjoys the most and we respect it dearly.
